Custom Emails, LinkedIn Field & a Powerful App Boost

Just two quick updates from the Spreadly team this June, both designed to make your life easier and your cards smarter:

  1. You can now fully customize your follow-up emails.
  2. LinkedIn is now a default field in your card editor (no more workarounds).
  3. Plus a small but mighty app update you don’t want to miss

Here’s what’s new 👇 

Full Control Over Follow-Up Emails

Until now, follow-up emails were pretty standard. Now? You’ve got full control.

From personal cards to team templates, you can now customize the subject line and the body of your follow-up emails with your own text, layout, links, images, buttons, placeholders (like name, company, avatar) and more.

Need it in Spanish? Or French? No problem, the emails get auto-translated into your lead’s language. Want to fine-tune it yourself? Go ahead and adjust every version manually in your dashboard.

To try it out, head over to your card editor

  • scroll to “Lead Capture Settings”
  • turn on “Use own Follow-Up email” and start editing

LinkedIn as a Default Field

Before, you had to manually create a custom LinkedIn field every time.

Now, we’ve added LinkedIn as a default field in the card editor.

You’ll see it alongside all the usual fields. No more setup needed.

Want it enabled for your setup? Just reply to this email with “LinkedIn” and we’ll activate it for you.
