Spreadly obtains user data through various methods. For larger organizations, we recommend connecting via SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) to Entra ID, allowing you to specify which users, groups, and attributes (e.g., name, address, phone) should be shared with Spreadly. This enables you to roll out Spreadly selectively for specific user groups initially. If your user data is more complete in other systems, such as BambooHR or Personio, these can also be integrated with Spreadly. All data is securely stored in compliance with data protection and security standards.
