Get your badges

Your attendee list is only used to make the badges.

How it works

From a list of names to a stack of badges

Three steps, and no account needed.

01
Upload your list
Drop in the Excel or CSV file you already have. We read your columns and match them to the badge fields for you, whatever your headers are called.
02
Pick your design
Choose one of four layouts, set the background and text colour, and add your logo or a banner image.
03
Download and print
You get one A6 page per attendee in a single PDF. Print it, cut it, and put it in your badge holders.
What goes on a badge

A name, and whatever else you need

Name (required)

The only field a badge cannot do without. It gets the largest type on the badge, so it stays readable across a room.

Company (optional)

Printed under the name. Left off when a row has none.

Job title (optional)

Useful when people should know who they are talking to before they ask.

QR code (optional)

Put a link or a ticket number in the column and we print a QR code for it, at the highest error correction level so it still scans after a day on a lanyard.

After the event

The badge gets you in. Spreadly keeps the contact.

A printed badge stops working the moment the event ends. A digital business card behind the QR code does not.

Put a Spreadly card behind the QR code and every badge becomes a way to swap contact details.
