Get a report that directly compares how much you can save with digital business cards versus traditional paper business cards.
Tell us how big your team is and we send you a full cost breakdown of paper cards versus Spreadly.
They are industry estimates for a full year per employee, split into four parts: print (250 cards at €0.15 per card), design and template updates, the time HR or an assistant spends ordering and handing out cards, and cards that become waste after role changes or a rebrand. Together that is €57.50 – €87.50 per employee per year. We always show a low and a high figure instead of one flattering number, so you can see the range your company falls into.
Then your saving is smaller than the report shows. Print is the single biggest item at €37.50 per employee per year, so if you print less or pay less, subtract accordingly. The other three items are harder to avoid and add €20.00 – €50.00 per employee per year on their own. If your print costs look nothing like our assumption, send us your real numbers and we will redo the calculation with them.
Our public list price for the Digital Business Card plan, billed yearly, at exactly the number of cards you entered. That includes the volume discount for your team size, so larger teams automatically get a lower price per card. All amounts are net and exclude VAT. You can check every price yourself at https://spreadly.app/en/prices.
Our Digital Business Card plan starts at 10 cards, so a smaller team pays for 10 cards. We show that in the report rather than quietly making the digital side look cheaper than your invoice would be.
No. It compares your paper card costs against the Spreadly subscription only. NFC business cards are optional and a one-off purchase, and unlike paper they keep working when someone changes role, because you just update the digital card behind them.
No, and that is deliberate. The report only counts direct card costs on both sides. Most customers see a bigger return than that once you add faster follow-ups, leads that land in the CRM automatically, and contact details that are never out of date, but we do not put numbers in the report that we cannot show you the maths for.
The report is built around your company: it carries your name and your branding, and the calculation uses your team size. We take the company from your email domain, which only works with a work address. If your company uses a provider we treat as a private mailbox, book a demo instead and we will walk through the numbers with you: https://spreadly.app/en/book-a-demo
You get the report by email, and our sales team receives a copy so they can follow up and answer questions about the numbers. That is the only reason we ask for an email address. We are GDPR compliant, our servers are in Germany, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time. Details are in our privacy policy.
No, it is an estimate based on our public list prices and industry cost estimates for paper cards. For a real offer, including anything specific to your setup such as custom domains, SSO, or Enterprise terms, talk to our team: https://spreadly.app/en/book-a-demo
Yes, and many companies do exactly that, often starting with sales and everyone who goes to trade fairs. Your saving simply scales with how many employees you move over, so enter only the people you actually plan to switch to see a realistic number.
We pick the currency from your country and convert from euros. All amounts are net and exclude VAT, on both the paper and the Spreadly side, so the comparison stays like for like.
