Academy Consult brings consistency to 200 consultants with Spreadly

The Challenge

Academy Consult previously managed email signatures manually during onboarding. Because only specific roles could display certain titles, signatures often required individual updates. Different handling across clients also led to emails being sent with incorrect signatures.

Frequent changes to regulatory and legal information made the process even more demanding. Updating signatures through Exchange settings required IT support, while paper business cards were ordered manually every six months in batches of at least 100. Branding and title changes left thousands of cards unused.

Academy Consult chose Spreadly to make professional identity management more reliable across a growing consultant network. With Microsoft Entra ID integration, the organization can provide digital business cards to around 200 consultants and automatically manage role-specific information in email signatures.

The Implementation

Spreadly connects with Microsoft Entra ID so that users receive the correct signature details based on their group membership. Signature updates are applied in real time across Mac, web, iOS, Android, and Windows. Each consultant receives one digital business card that stays current, while the card can also be shared on social media and in internal communication as an alternative to Linktree.

The Results

Academy Consult now has a more consistent way to manage signatures, legal details, and role titles without relying on repeated manual updates or ongoing IT assistance. Digital cards also reduce the need for large print runs and prevent outdated cards from becoming waste. As Isabel Muhm, Board member, explains:
